You\'ll learn our products inside out, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. The Support Team is a part of the broader Customer Success Team that comprises product, process, and strategy experts.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist I to join our support team. As a fresher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve technical issues and providing guidance on product usage. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about our products and interact with various departments within the company.Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products
  • Provide step-by-step solutions to customers through clear communication
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new product features and improvements
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team to enhance user experience
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships
Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in Technical Support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
  • Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Detailed, organized, and results-oriented, with a strong level of attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required, as well as being able to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Bonus to have professional programming/scripting experience
  • Familiar with Database queries and joins(MySQL, MS SQL, or Postgre).
  • This position requires working in US/UK shifts (until 3 AM IST)
