  • Excellent knowledge on SAP transaction codes for MM domain
  • Working fundamentals on O365
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
Technical
  • Lead proficiency in Supply Chain Management
  • Competency in Inventory management techniques & parameters
  • Advanced user knowledge of SAP MM module
  • Adequate knowledge in Demand forecasting & Time-phased planning.

  • Handle critical incidents and alerts by being flexible and adoptable
  • Ability to work independently and take decisions when needed

  • VariPDM, Kone Parts

  • Servigistics or any inventory planning tools

  • Product knowledge on Elevator, Escalator and Building doors
  • Experiecnce on Inventory management, SCM operations & Logistics
  • Lean Six sigma, Excel - Macro, Python would be an added asset.
Roles & Responsibilty
  • Accountable for material planning & availability, forecasting, and full supply chain cost.
  • Routine analysis of inventory and planning for stock replenishment according to the vendor locations globally.
  • Keep track on inventory levels to ensure that they always remain within set magnitude and having adequate knowledge on inventory parameters.
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and methodologies.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address inventory-related challenges.
  • Handle and Observance of GSS buyback process.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes, systems & tools.
  • Implement best practices, automation, and other initiatives to optimize inventory planning & execution, and to achieve business goals.
  • Identify obsolete or excess inventory and develop strategies to minimize and liquidate surplus stock.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, billing, and logistics, to align inventory plans with business goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP, Qliksense and other data analysis tools.
  • Ensure to achieve service levels at the Distribution Centers & exceeds completion on time.
  • Collaborative & customer focused way of working.
