: Operations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This role involves coordinating the installation of chargers, managing client requirements, and liaising between various teams in the office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Coordination:

Schedule and oversee the installation of chargers at client locations.

Ensure that all necessary resources and personnel are available for each installation.

Client Interaction:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation schedules and requirements.

Gather and document client needs and preferences to ensure their expectations are met.

Team Coordination:

Communicate effectively with internal teams, including technical, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Facilitate inter-departmental meetings to address and resolve any issues or delays.

Problem Resolution:

Identify and address any problems that arise during the installation process.

Work closely with the relevant teams in the office to find quick and efficient solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of installations, client communications, and issue resolutions.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of installations and any outstanding issues.

Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement improvements to installation processes and client interaction protocols.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
