Support - CalibrationA purpose driven role for youIncumbent is responsible for motorcycle / scooter calibration activities as per approved model strategy with focus on implementation of relevant technologies and ensures delivery within CTQ parameters.He is also responsible for supporting the team for successful implementation of technologies and calibration strategies on the relevant projects. He also shares test results and accordingly decides next calibration steps.This role holder also understands and works on future technologies and hereby supports the lead calibration in executing Commuter motorcycle calibration projects and support in building strong calibration team.A Day in the life

• Working on various projects for achieving core technical solutions meeting the CTQ targets for Euro III, IV & Carb calibration projects
• Execute all Euro III, IV & Carb related calibration tasks at highest quality and expertise
• Support in creation of DOE and execute Euro III, IV & Carb calibration and optimization (performance, acceleration, emissions, fuel consumption)
• Execution of all calibration projects by means of implementation of relevant Strategies. Proper evaluation of data and its compilation for making easy decision for project completion.
• Support building calibration guideline / processes based on requirements.
• Resolving technical issues encountered during engine calibration TBC
• Creation of testing and calibration reports
• Execution of Drivability, evaporative and Functions calibration
• RCA & 8D
• Support to various documentations preparation, its Revision, defining SOPs etc.

Academic Qualification & ExperienceDiploma (Mech) with 4+ yearsTechnical Skills/KnowledgeSolid internal combustion engine backgroundUnderstanding vehicle dynamics and drivability impactUnderstanding process and methodology of calibrationUnderstanding basics of emissionsWork experience on calibration algorithms, Carburetor and Fi systems, basics EVAPO ShedProven record of work on optimization tools like CAMEO, CONCERTO etc.Knowledge/worked on advanced comb. analysis tools like Indi master, advanced measurement toolsKnowledge of EOBD and proven work experience on itHands on in Commuter vehicle tuningExperienced in interaction with suppliers and internal/external customersBehavioural Skills
