Responsibilities:NOTE: It is an International call centre job (Computer Technical Support). Applicants with good English Communication skills need only apply or call.
Should be able to speak to the customer over the phone and chat, diagnose common computer problems, troubleshoot and fix Windows errors, resolve common printer issues. This job requires multitasking (fixing multiple remote PCs with proper case notes).
Should be able to walk the customers through the troubleshooting steps about installing applications, and computer peripherals (printers, software, Windows installation etc).
Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate should have minimum of 1 Year of experience in an international voice technical support process (UK/US/AUS); and be open for 24x7 rotational shifts.
