Job Time:- 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with software tools used in training, such as coding platforms (Python, Java), LMS (Moodle, Blackboard), or collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and trainers.
• Patience and empathy to handle queries from users with varying technical expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar technical support role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies introduced in the institute.
