Job Summary
EINS Technologies India Pvt Ltd is hiring Technical Support Engineer.

Experience: Minimum 1year

Location: Mulund-Mumbai.

:

• The role would need regular customer engagements via phone calls and virtual sessions using any desk or other remote technology.
• End-to-end software implementation: installation, configurations, integrations, setting different parameters based on client needs, and obtaining certification of completion from the customer.
• Train users functionally and technically on our different software.
• Responsible for database support, debugging problems by creating SQL queries, and deploying new patches on UAT and production servers via IIS server.
• Provide technical software support (L1 & L2 Level) and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company's product, replying to inbound queries.
• Educate consumers about the product's functional capabilities and potential updates to ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Assist with product development and improvement by gathering feedback, identifying reoccurring issues, and discussing them with the product manager.
• Maintain exceptional service standards by going above and beyond to achieve client happiness and retention.
• Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate

Qualifications and Skills

• BCA, BSC-IT / CS
• BE-CS / IT, M. Sc-IT, MCA
• BE or BTech Computer Science / BE or BTech IT
• Good understanding of computer, internet and IT literacy with the ability to learn new technology quickly
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft SQL Database - writing SQL query to troubleshoot errors & Asp.Net / MVC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
