Job Title: Technical Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Airoli , Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to 22,000 INR per month
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Days Off: 2 rotational week offs
Transportation: Drop facility provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle voice calls from customers regarding technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, network, and other IT infrastructure.
- Document all interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Adhere to established processes and procedures while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Graduates Freshers in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
- Ability to work in a US shift (night shift) environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, Troubleshooting knowledge and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
