Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Known about firewall maintenance, installation maintenance, server maintenance, and end point security.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and usage.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Stay updated with the latest product updates, features, and industry trends.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers when required.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Course, CCNA and CCNP

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
