Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Network Support Engineer located in Surat. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network engineering, technical support, troubleshooting, and network security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & configuration of a company's computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Performing electrical safety checks on the company's computer equipment.
• Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Be updated in tracking and maintaining the internal software and operations.
• Manage the asset by keeping proper track of its use, maintaining it, and handing it over.
• Keeping all the devices updated and in well-maintained condition.
• Being proactive in anticipating issues or situations that impact service quality
• Install, configure, and support network and firewall infrastructure within the region
• Support in DNS record Tracking.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of IT experience.

2-3 years' Experience in 1st line support

• Server, DNS, DHCP, and networking components.
