What this job involves: About the role #JLLTechAmbitions Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm, is looking for an Incident Response Analyst to respond to threats faced by the organization. This position is accountable and responsible for responding to incidents and escalations from the JLL Global Security Operations Center (SOC). This responder will support pivotal Global Cyber Defense capabilities by responding to any and all cyber threats that JLL faces. This role is a highly dynamic role that will require not only strong leadership and interpersonal skills, but also advanced technical ability and understanding to support threat response and incident investigations. Additionally, with the level of integration between core ops functions, they must facilitate robust communications between other teams within the cybersecurity organization. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Threat Defense and Response and in addition, interface regularly with senior leaders such as the global CISO, various business lines, and technical engineers. A successful candidate must have great leadership experience while being detail oriented and capable of operating in an extremely dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of the JLL global Microsoft Teams Calling voice infrastructure to manage and maintain the environment per global JLL processes Overall responsibility of the JLL global Microsoft Teams Calling voice infrastructure to complete complex Moves, Adds and Changes as defined using ServiceNow tickets and provide escalation route for Microsoft Teams Level1-2 support engineers Liaise with Global Incident Management team when required to provide level 3 support for the Microsoft Teams Calling platform for high priority incidents Liaise with strategic partners and SIP providers where appropriate to assist in the support resolution of high priority incidents Collaboration with regional Network & Voice Operations Managers globally when required to ensure common deliverables are met and a stable voice solution is provided to the JLL business Overseeing installation, configuration, and day to day maintenance of the global Microsoft Teams Calling telephony infrastructure in line with global standards Work closely with appropriate regional and global vendors to ensure that the JLL regional network and telephony solution is robust, resilient, and highly available in line with business expectations.

To apply you need to be: Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in computer science or information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience ITIL certified and/or knowledge of the ITIL framework Cisco Certified to a Professional level, Teams Administrator or Teams Voice Engineer certifications or evidence of experience to these levels
Technical Skills & Competencies Advanced design and implementation of Microsoft Direct Routing Advanced design and implementation of Microsoft Teams Calling Advanced Unified Communications knowledge Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office products Ability to establish and maintain a client trust and confidence Excellent troubleshooting skills Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre and Skype for Business Administration Advanced knowledge of Session Border Controllers (Cisco CUBE/Audiocodes) and SIP Trunking Advanced knowledge of H.323 & SIP Protocols Experience with E911 or regional alternative configuration and support Knowledge of Microsoft Teams phones/MPP and Webex Calling configuration Personable, team player able to quickly settle into the role. Candidate must have good verbal and written communications skills as well as good customer service skills Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and possess good analytical skills Quick thinker with a rounded attitude to solutioning. Not afraid to explore several simultaneous options before delivering a rational and well-argued recommendation. Excellent communicator and presenter who can deliver well-structured concise and accurate documents, reports, and proposals. A positive disposition to work, a can-do attitude with flexibility towards the working day within regional time zones. Self-motivated, self-starter with ambition driven through performance and results. Ability to work under pressure and able to deliver projects to tight deadlines. Analytical, precise, with open questioning approach.
