Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Answering e-mails, messaging and calls for generating solutions to customers' requests,problems and complaints.
  • If needed organize customer field support visits to solve technical problems.
  • Contact customers after field support team visit, to learn customer satisfaction with our service.
  • Participation in international exhibitions as technical representative.
Desired Candidate profile: Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in any streamline.
  • Good command of English (Both verbal and written).
  • Good command of French (Both verbal and written).
  • Knowledge / Experience in Electronic product support is preferred.
  • Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications.
  • Good planning and organization skills, analytical, customer-oriented, team player.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • No travel restrictions.
