Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our client's team and provide top-notch support for their CCTV systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing CCTV systems while offering exceptional client support. This role involves collaboration with customers and internal technical teams to resolve issues, implement solutions, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide remote and in-person support for CCTV software and hardware systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Diagnose issues at a technical level, using coding when necessary for advanced solutions.
• CCTV System Knowledge: Expertise in video management software (VMS), network video recorders (NVR), and related CCTV systems.
• Basic Coding: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to assist in system customization and integration.
• System Integration: Utilize APIs and basic web development knowledge (HTML/CSS) for minor customizations and integrations.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years in technical support or troubleshooting related to CCTV systems, networking, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and VMS software.

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or Bash scripting.
• API Integration: Knowledge of APIs for system integration, including basic HTTP request handling.
• Debugging Tools: Proficiency in reading logs, debugging simple code issues, and understanding CCTV system architecture.
• Web Development: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based system customization.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Language Proficiency: English
