Technical Support for Tenders:
Review and analyze tender documents to understand the technical requirements and specifications.
Provide technical inputs and solutions to meet the tender requirements.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical data sheets.
Ensure all technical documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the tender deadlines.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all technical submissions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the sales, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary information and inputs for the tender.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and resolve any technical issues.
Provide clear and concise technical explanations to non-technical stakeholders as needed.
Technical Analysis and Solution Development:
Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies to support tender submissions.
Develop innovative technical solutions that meet client needs and competitive pricing.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to incorporate into tender proposals.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all technical aspects of the tender are reviewed and validated before submission.
Conduct quality checks and reviews of technical proposals and documentation.
Participate in post-tender reviews and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the tendering or bid management environment.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering principles, technical documentation, and compliance standards. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project management software).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel if required for client meetings or site visits.
Certification in relevant technical or project management fields is a plus.
