Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.. Learns to use professional concepts with limited use and/or application of basic theories and concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds stable working relationships internally. Normally receives detailed instructions on most work work is closely managed. Contributions are usually limited to assignment-related activities. University degree with no previous or limited professional experience (3-6 years). 1. Should have experience working in Linux OS. 2. Basic Networking knowledge, protocols, routing etc. 3. Having working knowldege of Linux Based Email Servers using Postfix. 4. Knowledge of Wireshark and reviewing PCAPs for troubleshooting.
