Qualifications, Skill Set & Experience required: : 1. B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT/Electronics) / MCA/ M.Sc. Computer Science / Equivalent or higher from a recognized university
2. Good communication Skills (Speaking & Writing in English Language)
3. Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Any IT experience is desirable
4. Basic Knowledge of Cloud Computing/Web hosting/Internet Services
5. Basic Knowledge of operating systems i.e. Windows / Linux etc
6. Basic Knowledge of Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, RDP etc Scope of Work:
  • The Cloud Support Desk accomplishes its service targets by ensuring the delivery of uninterrupted services by 24x7x365.
  • The Support Desk shall be responsible for Monitoring & Coordinating as a single point of contact window in getting the
    query/complaints/issues attended (over various channels like online system / email / telephone etc.) and subsequently get answered / resolved.
  • These query/complaints/issues related to Cloud may be of type like new service request, query, complaints for fresh Cloud registration, Cloud Account creation, allocation of VMs and/or compute resources (CPU, RAM), settings of Network / Storage, Backup Services, Patch updates, Firewall ports opening, VPN Connections, etc.
  • Coordination with end users, generation of ticket ID for the services related to Application / Web Services, Servers, Network, Storage, Firewall, VPN, Backup Services etc.
  • Each call must be assigned with its severity level. Escalate the calls to the respective core team looking after the Cloud Infrastructure, Network, Security or Storage, VPN Services etc. of NIC running from/outside the Data-Centre, 3rd party Vendors for Hardware repair/installations etc. if necessary as per defined escalation matrix.
  • The team should have adequate knowledge to resolve basic problems on their own. If a person or team is not able to resolve the problem within stipulated time frame then needs to escalate accordingly.
  • This support desk shall act as the first level of support for any issues related to the Cloud Services.




    Location: Pune Mode of Working : WFO (6 days working)


    Experience: 6 months to 1 year
