Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in technical support, with proficiency in Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and Email services, to support our IT infrastructure.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience with Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and Email services (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with the ITIL Framework for efficient IT service management and improvement processes.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals to help safeguard enterprise systems and networks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, yet able to participate as a key player in a team.
  • Familiarity with enterprise level technical support and understanding customer support needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and Email services to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in developing and implementing systems to safeguard company information and IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure resolution of issues or escalate them to specialized teams as necessary for quick problem-solving.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical procedures for continuity and future reference.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure flawless service delivery and satisfied clients.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to update team members on the latest technology trends and support skills.
  • Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure efficient and timely response to customer needs.
  • Collaborate in the design and deployment of future solutions to meet emerging client needs.
