• Work with System & CAD administrators, Field Consultants, Developers, and Engineers at customer sites to diagnose reported software issues related to Installation, deployment and while using all the basic and advanced modules of Creo suite of products.
• Provide a customer centric service through their understanding of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 issue, knowledge of PTC products, and comprehension of Support Services processes.
• Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, troubleshooting, investigation of technical problems and tracking the resolution of those problems in collaboration with other PTC departments like R&D and QA as well as communicating the same to customer.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics.
• Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers

• Minimum Bachelor degree (B.E) in Mechanical or Production Engineering,
• 2 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in using / supporting PTC\xe2\x80\x99s Creo modules including Installation, Administration, Part modeling, Detailing, handling assembly and advanced assembly features, Cabling, Piping, Sheet metal etc.
• Experience in Customization using Toolkit or J-Link will be an advantage
• User level with basic administration knowledge in Windows/Unix
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
