Job Description


Overview: In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Development teams to improve Infiflex product vision and to make our customers successful. Applying your in-depth technical experience, you will develop a deep understanding of, and drive enhancements for, our services architecture. You will drive resolution for problems and inquiries that customers report. More specifically, you will provide solutions to customers and resolve all customer cases for GWS. Required Skills: Hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Internet-based applications, web servers, mail servers (e.g., Exchange, Lotus, sendmail or Postfix), and Linux/Unix operating systems. Experience with Identity Management or Directory Services (LDAP, AD). Experience with managing hosted services/SaaS. Familiarity with programming/scripting (i.e. one or more of the following: Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript). Experience with various DBMS, data mining and analysis. Experience with managing long-term implementation projects. Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills with understanding of Linux/Unix system administration. Strong understanding of web and mail-related standards, such as HTTP, HTML, XML, cookie-based SSO, and SMTP. Outstanding troubleshooting, follow-through and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to keep pace with rapid changes in enterprise products. Configure and manage G Suite accounts, including mail flow (direct, dual and split delivery with G Suite). Implement security features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL and compliance rules. Configure G Suite Directory Sync. Data migration from legacy systems to G Suite from IMAP, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Server and other Hosted mail servers. Well versed with client side and server side data migration and sync tools such as GASMO, GAMME, GAMLN, GAPS. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 400,000.00 per year Schedule:
