Job Description

Efficient and effective execution of the on site project scope, according to the Group SHEQ standards and the Sarens project management methodology.
SHEQ & Compliance

• Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the Sarens\xe2\x80\x99 SHEQ standards, as stated in document of SHEQ department \xe2\x80\x93 Responsibilities Manager with Regard to Safety, Quality & Environment, to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.
• Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization.
• Visits various sites/locations and fill in a WPI on regular basis.
• Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with Sarens\xe2\x80\x99 SHEQ standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.

Planning & Organization

• Complies with the operational Group procedures
• Optimizes the planning on site of operators, equipment, transport and travel based on the received input.
• Communicates with project manager on planning/organization issues on site.
• Acts as first direct contact person on site for operators/riggers/drivers and makes sure that all information is communicated correctly and in time.
• Organizes the working site in order to guarantee a safe and efficient execution. \xc2\xa7 Acts as first direct contact person for customer on site.
• Answers internal/external clients\xe2\x80\x99 questions on site with regard to the planning of the activities.
• Receiving and taking note of complaints on site, tries to come up with a solution or ensures that the complaints are passed on according to procedure.
• Active participation in departmental meetings where relevant and applicable.

Work preparation and project follow up

• Measures and verifies site data with regards to execution.
• Reviews the technical execution file and lift/transport plans with regards to execution and safety. Gives feedback to the project manager.
• Passes on eventual remarks towards employee\xe2\x80\x99s travel to / arrival on the project site.
• Responsible for solving operational problems in order to guarantee the progress of the work.

Administration

• Monitoring/collecting of the worksheet flow and registration of equipment.
• Creates a daily report.
• Responsible for obtaining work permits if applicable.
