###### Role and Responsibilities:
Position Overview: The Technical Manager will oversee the technical aspects of the development team, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, managerial experience, and a passion for leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed and technical challenges are addressed promptly. 2. Team Management: Manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. 3. Project Oversight: Oversee the development and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and are delivered on time. 4. Technology Stack Management: Ensure the team is well-versed with the required technologies and tools. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements. 5.
