Summary of Position:Alcon is looking to hire Technical Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Time Keeping (Workday) to join our Human Resources Information Systems team at Bengaluru in India. A member of the team that is defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining timekeeping systems. Experience with configuration and support of Workday Time and Absence management.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for daily monitoring of applications and integrations.Troubleshooting and prioritize any issues within the timekeeping systems and developing proactive monitoring to prevent system issues.Partner with Payroll and HR team in reviewing all major change requests and enhancementsThe position will communicate with internal customers and partner teams in a timely, professional manner and will escalate issues to the support Manager as necessary.Demonstrates the ability to question and probe technical experts or third party vendors to determine best possible solution option. Proactively seeks opportunities for efficiency improvements and partners with business to implement improvement in processes and systems.Successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneouslyParticipate in design and code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:Any GraduationMinimum 4 years on experience in Human Resource, absence management, or timekeeping systemsPreferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:Experience in supporting and configuration of Workday preferred.Shift Timings: 11AM to 9PM window with slight flexibilityEmployment scams: Alcon is aware of employment scams which make false use of our company name or leader\xe2\x80\x99s names to defraud job seekers.
