Basic Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve common user problems quickly and efficiently.Provide initial troubleshooting and accurate issue identification. 2. Advanced Troubleshooting and System Administration:Address and resolve issues that cannot be handled at the L1 support level.Ensure optimal performance of D365 F&O systems through regular monitoring of integration, Workflow , batch jobs. 3. New User Role Mapping: Accurately map new user roles within D365 F&O.Ensure appropriate permissions and access levels for all users. 4. Workflow history monitoring :Ensure if the Purchase Order/Requisition are stuck in the workflow , these are resumed after a proper investigation is performed(Generally this will happen for a new user , if the manual updates done on 7 is not done in time) (user knowledge gap where the category is not selected at the lowest level ) 5. Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop comprehensive SOPs for various processes within D365 F&O.Ensure SOPs are kept up-to-date and accessible to all relevant personnel. 6. Ticket Triage and User Assistance: Conduct initial triage of support tickets to determine the level of support required.Guide and assist users in navigating D365 F&O screens and functions. 7. Manual Updates: Perform manual updates to D365 F&O to support ongoing business operations.Ensure updates are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Assisting the different stakeholders with Testing in BAU SIT before the release. 8. Ticket Escalations: Escalate complex issues to L2 or L3 support teams when necessary.Maintain communication with higher-level support to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues. 9. Batch Job Monitoring:Monitor system jobs to ensure they are running efficiently and without errors.Address any issue related to the batch job to the enterprise team.Monitoring Accounts payable recurring invoices and parameters amendments.EIP Alerts and Dead letter monitoring and reporting. Mandatory Skills: It is essential to have prior experience supporting the D365 FinOps platform (Mostly Out of box config)(3 years+)o Knowledge of Procure to Pay process(Three-way matching ) and Admin process(New user, Positions, hierarchy, and workflow) Proven troubleshooting skills / Root cause analysiso User onboarding(Missing Position, hierarchy)o Purchase Orders (workflows) Provide end to end support of all tickets raised for Client core business systems and applications.o Prepare and maintain knowledge articles or manuals to support the effective use of Client Applications both within the IT Teams and for Client end users.o Prioritisation of problems as required and ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve problems. And create a KB for the next time o Offering Level 1 / 2 support to resolve D365 issues, otherwise escalating to the in-house Client Enterprise team Integration monitoring and reporting. Provide issue resolution with Procurement and sourcing module queries. Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and knowledge of FinOps modules is essential. (1.)
