About the department Quality & Facilities IT GBS (QFIT IT) is an integral part of Corporate IT within Global IT GBS which currently consists of highly skilled IT professionals responsible for IT opera-tions for all major Global Quality and Facilities IT systems in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, development, validation and testing of entire Quality Management System of Novo Nordisk, spanning across entire globe. The key objective of QFIT IT is to ensure robust IT support to systems, which in turn ensures product quality and patient safety for Novo Nordisk. The Position This position is for Technical Specialist, and you will be part of our Quality & Facilities GBS (QFIT IT). You will primarily be responsible for managing and supporting business critical Facility systems of HQ (head Quarter), NNI (Novo Nordisk India) & IO(International Oper-ations) region. You will perform for 25+ small to medium systems from the area of Corporate, NNI (Novo Nordisk India) and IO Facility line of business. Your primary responsibility will be: To act as a system management representative in ADK/EBAR replacement project. You will ensure all project related deliverables (from system operation point of view) are delivered as per the agreed quality and time. You shall prepare the plan for system management involvement in ADK/EBAR replacement project starting from planning, pilot go-live, full roll out to steady state operation phase. To create project documentations like URS, FDS and CIL & documents related to system management/related tasks like operational risk assessment, operational manual, system management SOP, work instructions, UAT from system manager perspective, KPI reporting etc. You will configure the systems based on the docu-ments. To coordinate, track, and manage the release plan, forecasting and mitigate risk, management reporting of release milestone, capacity forecast/planning, budget management. To create a full overview and take control of contracts and related vendor en-gagement which will be part of future system management operation. You will also be responsible for incident, problem, change and release management - pro-ject/release planning, stakeholder, and vendor. You will prepare IT Risk assess-ment of IT system. For testing activities related to development of test cases and test reports for user acceptance testing. You will follow & be responsible for all compliance activities (like user review, periodic system evaluation etc.) & other Quality documents. You will be responsible for IT Audits and related compliance reviews. Qualifications MSC, MBA, BA, or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration). 7+ years relevant IT experience covering specification, design, development, test/validation/documentation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions in large organizations. Must have project handling experience of project of medium upgrade/project. Demonstrate a good experience inCCTV, Siemens systems & physical access control systems and other equivalent systems. 4-5 years of experience with IT project work or IT experience covering specifica-tion, design, development, or implementation of IT solutions within the pharmaceu-tical or other relevant industry. Must be able to display a general business under-standing within operation and maintenance of IT systems in large organizations. Good experience in incident-problem management, change management processes and Compliance management (ITIL). Experienced in the use of office desktop applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Of-fice). Basic understanding of Agile or DevOps principles, methodology and any agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban etc. Must be able to demonstrate excellent experience in stakeholder and vendor man-agement within a large-scale global organization. Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret cus-tomer business needs and translating them into actionable outcomes. Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills. Have high cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures.
