Engineer in this role will be responsible to source, maintain, build and push our Linux images from core vendors to our internal and external clients. This will require good understanding of Linux, Gitlab, and SDLC process. Primary Skills:1. Core knowledge of the Linux OS, networking concepts, and hands-on implementation of a Linux-based compute environment.2. Experience using source code control and CI tooling such as Git and GitLab3. Working knowledge of Virtualization through ESXi Vmware and related products.4. Decent understanding of public cloud compute platforms (e.g. AWS,GCP, Oracle). eg: concept of VPC, AMI, deploying an instance, resilience. Secondary skills4. Automation using at least one scripting and/or high level language: shell, Python, Ruby, Perl, etc.5. Experience using system configuration management tools (e.g. Salt, Chef, Puppet, Ansible) to automate configuration and/or task management Other asks: At least 8 years of hands on experience in above. Graduate Degree (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
