The Role Provides Technical Support on ITSM Tool, Configurations and Implementation of Automation Tools specially ITSM, Patch Management Tool, Chatbot. Enable Automation Features for users like auto ticketing, web based ticketing, email based ticketing etc. Manage Cloud based ITSM Tool and tool proxy systems
Who You Are Candidate should have good hands-on experience on ITSM Tool specially Symphony Summit AI, ServiceNow or ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Should have hands-on experience on configuration & Customisation of ITSM Tool. Should have hands-on experience of customization of workflow in ITSM Tool. Good knowledge and hands-on experience of Chatbot configuration, rollout Enhancement of Chatbot Knowledge of patch management through Symphony Summit AI Tool Good knowledge of Automation
6+ years of experience of ITSM (Symphony Summit AI) Technical Support
Experience of Chatbot Configuration
Knowledge of API Integration with ITSM
Experience in automation/scripting
ITSM Tool Training / Certification
