Role Purpose : This person will be responsible for delivery of the Technical skills and some soft skills training program and also build some content for these Technical skills topics. This role will cater to global audience and would be responsible for covering global needs in respect of design, learner experience, testing, updating, budgeting, and governance reporting. It may also requires to work with external suppliers to support program design and delivery, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders within the HR team and the broader business, to ensure that learning content is relevant, topical and delivers the required commercial impact. Key Accountabilities : Understand & document customer training needs, completing an assessment for the new training requests to agree high level scope and training objectives Build & manage internal customer relationships across relevant functional teams & SMEs Upskill continuously & develop the salient technical points into a more learner-friendly experience for the internal customers Develop high quality courseware and manage customised training programs Support in designing soft skills content for needs identified through the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process, partnering closely with the wider HR team and key business stakeholders Liaise with internal SME\'s, course owners and senior stakeholders within the business ensuring that project plans are adhered to and sign-offs are obtained at key points. Determine how to measure success and effectiveness of the training and adjust delivery as required. Work with the L&D Operations team to determine reporting requirements. Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with our internal customers in the business, including key senior stakeholders to understand their requirements, partner with them and add value. Project manage end to end trainings design and delivery as required from both content and learner experience perspectives, including interdependencies, key milestones and timelines of both internal and external processes Track and report project budget expenditure and projections together with reviewing \'Statements of Work\' for external vendors Manage relationship with external training vendors on proposals, payments and other related areas Role Specific Requirement : Skills and Experience Ability to take in new complicated technologies and products easily, and explain in simple terms to operational teams 8-12 years of experience to independently define, setup and organise a structured training program Sound facilitation & presentation skills - in both live & virtual format Proven skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Zoom, Microsoft Teams Excellent inter-personnel and stakeholder management skills, capable of: influencing / engaging up to Director and CxO-level About Colt At Colt, we provide world-class network and voice connectivity across Europe, Asia and North America\'s largest business hubs.
