Your key responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Cloud Onboarding process for applications migrating to Google Cloud Platform
  • Provide SDLC Release and Operational Readiness Review (ORR) SME support to global application teams
  • Understand application NAR setup, release scope to baseline the Operational Readiness/Service Transition plan and delivery timelines
  • Ensure all ORR controls and Cloud Onboarding requirements are well understood by program stakeholders and satisfied in timely manner
  • Monitor and control the activities in Operational Readiness plan to ensure that the program remains on track
  • Proactively identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies and plan accordingly to meet all Operational Readiness requirements before Go Live
  • Engage and communicate with all key stakeholders, for escalation points, information, sign-offs and effective relationships.
  • Provide management summary updates and escalations where necessary
  • Help onboard operations support (L1 and L2) teams for the application and ensure they are fully equipped to support the application post go-live.
  • Provide feedback to various central teams and contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives resulting in effective delivery
.Your skills and experience
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience
  • Bachelors in science or related field or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a dynamic collaborative environment
  • 2+ years experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud platforms a plus
  • Cross functional team leadership capabilities
  • Experience with IT transformation in a large organization
  • Self-motivated and able to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams
