:Maintaining the global enterprise SCOM platform Collaborating with Windows ,Linux ,Application ,Data base team Monitoring Agents at the Enterprise level Configuration and Troubleshooting of Monitoring tools. Configuration and troubleshooting of SCOM infrastructure. Implementation and troubleshooting custom management packs Creation and publishing of standard and custom reports for SCOMConfiguration and troubleshooting of various types of s Tuning SCOM infrastructure Tuning Management packs Trouble shooting the SCOM agent related issues. Creating new rules and monitors Creating overrides, configuring and managing notificationsKnowledge Integration of SCOM with ticketing tool Configuration auditing and pulling the reports as per client requirement Troubleshooting of Operations Manager infrastructure issues Troubleshooting of miss configured or malfunctioning monitoring Deployment of Management Packs Agent provisioning / de-provisioning Create Custom Management Pack Automation solutions PowerShell Review and update SCOM console security, apply patches, create SCOM console roles and reviews.Deliver SCOM views via Remote Desktop Web Access, create custom reports on results of SCOM monitoring, using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) technologies, and provide problem resolution for SCOM components and related custom scripts. Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations.Experience with the installation and implementation of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012.
