Technical Service Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer for Industrial Packaging Machinery to join our team. The individual will be responsible for identifying, repairing, installations and resolving technical queries.
Resposibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to machine/systems, software, and hardware.
• Visit customer sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Train and guide customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interaction.
Requirements :
• ITI and equivalent technical background diploma/ certification.
• 3-5 years technical service experience.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
