Job Title: Technical Service Engineer

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Qualification: BE/BTech Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience: 2-5 Years

Compensation: 3.5 - 4 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility is to complete site and handover projects according to schedule to customer.
• Maintain records of site activity/status and review them periodically.
• Visit customer sites/offices for liaison OR issue resolution.
• Supervising the installation and testing of instrumentation, mechanical and electrical components.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and operation.
• Establish & maintain standards for site activities by implementing protocols & guidelines.
• Ensure a safe working environment and supervise labor. Manage onsite labor contractors and payments to the same
• Developing and sustaining good relationships with stakeholders in the project on the customer side.
• Clock man-hours spent by the team at the site on each activity.
• Support other functions with additional responsibilities from time to time.
• Understanding of various air pollution control systems such as electrostatic precipitators, baghouses, scrubbers, etc., including their design principles, operation, and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to equipment installation, layout, piping, electrical connections, etc., and ensure adherence to design requirements onsite.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols and procedures applicable to industrial sites, including hazard identification, risk assessment, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response, etc., to ensure a safe working environment.
• Should know MS Office, Excel/Word for generating reports/MOM/Daily progress reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
