Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical SEO Expert with strong project and team management skills to lead our SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical SEO best practices, be adept at managing multiple projects, and be skilled in leading a team of SEO specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical SEO strategies that improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, indexing, mobile optimization, and performance.
• Oversee multiple SEO projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Work closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
• Analyze SEO performance metrics and create detailed reports to track progress and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in technical SEO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical SEO or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing SEO projects and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
