What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Create mappings from various Insightsoftware system
• Work with various types of data formats such as Excel spreadsheets, .csv files, Access databases as well as extracts from SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Understand the requirements and create Power BI and Other Reports as per requirements
• Work on ad-hoc reports data as required.
• Build salesforce.com reports and dashboards for the Customer Success Team
• Administer the integration to Totango (Customer Success Platform)
• Write SQL scripts to update data and convert and/or integrate provided data to insightsoftware\xe2\x80\x99s software formats
• Successfully works to automate existing processes, propose new ideas/solutions
• Coordinate with the finance team to understand the systems, calculations, and impacts, to ensure report accuracy
• Coordinate with associated teams to validate the data and fix issues
• Manage multiple projects and establish priorities
• Analyze customer base data of newly acquired companies for system integration purposes

Communication

• Communicate with Leaders and/or insightsoftware managers to scope, develop, test and implement conversions/reports
• Effectively communicate with Managers to keep projects on target
• Continually drive improvements in the processes
• Collaborate via phone, video conference, slack, and email with stakeholders throughout the conversion process

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in reporting (SQL + Power BI)
• Ready to work in eastern shift time (evening 5:30 to morning 2:30 India time)
• Strong SQL Skills
• Data management/integration/analyst experience
• Administrative management experience with salesforce.com
• Exposure to SaaS solutions for the purposes of integration to Totango (Customer Success Platform) but could also include Zendesk and other solutions (including CPQ solutions)
• BA or BS degree required
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Solutions focused approach to creative problem solving
• Understanding of customer success activities and financial reporting
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required to successfully lead in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to determine priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives
• Equity compensation or financial data experience a plus but not required
• Exposure to M&A process a plus
• Experience with Dell Boomi or other technologies such as (Informatica, SSIS, Mulesoft) a plus but not required
