You should be adept at creating dashboards to track work progress, identifying and resolving dependencies, and facilitating key Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.

Business Requirements:

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical solutions.

SDLC and Agile Methodologies:

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks, with hands-on experience in facilitating Scrum processes and managing Scrum and Kanban boards.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in guiding teams through the development of high-quality, responsive user interfaces using various technologies.

Tech Agnosticism:

• Open to learning and applying new technologies as required.

Problem Solving:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills to address complex technical challenges.

Team Leadership:At least 10 years of experience in leading and mentoring teams of 3-5 members.Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and integration of solutions.

Adaptability:

• Ability to adapt to a vibrant and youthful team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment.

Continuous Learning:

• Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in React development.

Optimization:

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Backlog Management:Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining a proper backlog for the project.Dependency Management:

• Ability to identify dependencies and ensure that team members are not blocked.

Dashboard Creation:

• Expertise in creating dashboards to monitor and communicate progress.

Scrum Facilitation:

• Proficiency in facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Qualifications:Experience:

• 10+ years of Professional Experience

Educational Background:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
