The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated self-starter, who embraces challenges and enjoys learning independently, and is one who possesses excellent customer service, and technical problem-solving skills.Must have excellent customer relations skills and the ability to make timely and effective decisions. Responsibilities:

• Technical sales support for Electron Microscope Analyzers.
• Order clarification for analytical tools for electron microscopes.
• Support internal customers and distributors on technical questions.
• Provide necessary information/ observations/ logs all required support to next level or developer for diagnose a reported/ escalated problem.

Qualifications:

• Educational background: Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s Degree in Engineering, Geology, Physics, Chemistry or Material science.
• Additional coursework or certifications in electron microscopy and related analytical techniques can be beneficial.

Key requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of electron microscopy.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with EDS analyzers (experience with EBSD and WDS analyzers is a strong plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact and influence stakeholders, both inside and outside the company.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring proper operation of microscopes is an advantage.
