We prioritize providing the right equipment and support to our customers, saving them resources and helping them succeed in their initial phase of production. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist at Raunik GreenTech. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting technical sales, client followups, providing technical support, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers in choosing the right machinery for their specific battery pack requirements. Qualifications Technical Sales and Sales skills Excellent communication skills Technical Support and Customer Service abilities Experience in the battery industry or related field Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology Knowledge of lithium-ion battery Assembly machines Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida Strong problem-solving skills Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
