Working Hours:

Flexible, with mandatory daily reporting and task planner updates.

Candidate to report to the office physically for 3 days a week.

About the Role:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Technical cum Sales Support Executive for ZANGLEAD, an innovative WhatsApp Business automation product curated by Zangle Concepts Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and sales functions, providing exceptional support for both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales & Marketing Support:

• Receive customer sales enquiries and update CRM.
• Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and customer onboarding.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media accounts and campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility online

2) Customer Interaction:

• Maintain a professional relationship with clients, providing excellent service and prompt communication.
• Gather feedback to improve the product and enhance the customer experience.
• Reporting & Planning:
• Update daily task planners and provide detailed reports of activities.
• Participate in product training sessions and ensure continuous self-development.
• Collaborate with the development team to report and resolve technical issues.

3) Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales & testing.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of software tools and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for flexible working hours and occasional travel.
• Familiarity with task management tools for daily reporting.
