SRI KANCHI KAMATCHI ENERGY MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED (SRIKKA MOTORS) is a manufacturer of electric motors, specifically manufacturing industrial electric vibration motors in accordance with international manufacturing standards as well as ASME Y14 quality standards.

Located in the manufacturing capital of southern India - Coimbatore, Srikka motors is progressing and contributing to make in india with its advanced manufacturing process and 100% native components.

We manufacture electric vibrating motors for various industrial applications on various specific requirements. We firmly believe that "innovation is the parent of all inventions". The core of the company is the Research and development department. We have a proven engineering team to deploy advanced engineering concepts in vibration motor technology.

About the Job:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales engineer to join our team at Srikka Motors.

The candidate will be responsible for selling the company's product range in the assigned territory. The primary focus should be on inquiry generation, lead follow-ups, marketing activities, conversion of inquiries into orders, and execution. Maintain customer relationships and networking in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

To generate leads by cold calling, customer site visits, and curtsey visits/meeting customers.

To convert potential leads/ Enquiry into the business through techno-commercial discussions with the customer.

Coordinate with the back office, financer, Head office, and all coordination related to processing the order till delivery of the machine.

Creation of repo with financer and generating prospects from them.

Regularly visiting influence/existing/competition clients to generate inquiries.

Visit the competition machine and prepare a technical comparison of the competition machine.

Submit daily/ weekly/monthly reports to the reporting authority regularly.

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any other Discipline)

Experience in a sales engineering role, technical support role, or other customer facing technical role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong understanding of the market, customer engagement technologies.

Ability to travel as needed throughout the region for client meetings, trade shows, and events.

Self-motivated with a proven track record in technical sales and the ability to achieve sales quotas.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Expected total years of experience

3 to 5 years in motor industry

Expected age of the candidate

Less than 30 years

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any other Discipline)

Work Location:

Srikka Motors, Coimbatore.

Onboarding will be in 300E Sengal thottam, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore - 641034. Tamil Nadu
