Summary:

Zbox Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer who can combine their technical expertise with strong sales skills to provide customers with the best solutions. The Sales Engineer will work closely with both the sales and engineering teams to drive sales success and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new product solutions based on customer feedback.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with customers.
• Offer post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and attend industry events to stay informed about market trends.
• Train sales staff on technical product aspects.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Eelectronics/Electrical /Instrumentation engineering only.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering or a related role.
• Strong communication skills and technical proficiency.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
