Role Overview:As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruiting lifecycle and implementing effective recruitment strategies to acquire top IT talent. You will be responsible for overseeing both IT and Non-IT recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and pre-onboarding management. Your expertise in IT recruiting will be crucial in maintaining a robust talent pipeline and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions.Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with current industry trends.Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and direct headhunting.Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient hiring processes.Manage offer negotiations and facilitate smooth pre-onboarding activities.Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions.Maintain a proactive approach to networking and building candidate relationships.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in IT recruiting, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.Deep understanding of technical aspects related to IT recruitment.Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.Preferred Skills:Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources Management is a plus.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
