We are seeking street smart technical recruiter for our TAG.Mandatory Responsibilities:

• Mandatory to have prior work experience in UK / European Staff Augmentation market, on technical demands. (Shift Timings :: 03:00 PM - IST to 12:00 PM - IST)
• Mandatory to have exposure in end to end recruiting cycle.
• As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent for our clients.
• You will play a crucial role in the recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
• This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team to meet hiring targets and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates\' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating smooth onboarding for successful candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
• Effectively communicate with hiring managers, stakeholders, and team members to prioritize tasks, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing techniques and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a minimum of 3 year hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and requirements for roles in software development, IT, engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing technologies.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
