Job Overview: As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting exceptional technical professionals to meet the company\'s growing staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified technical candidates. Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates through interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure their skills and experiences align with the company\'s needs. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand the company\'s culture, values, and staffing requirements. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly. Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting the company\'s employer brand within the technical community. Attend industry events, engage with relevant online communities, and create compelling job descriptions. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on recruiting for technical positions.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on meeting hiring goals.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Night shift
