Speaking with Vendor/Hiring Managers on regular basis to get the open positions which match bench consultants. Dedicated to the US recruitment process with the responsibility to marketing staffing needs based on the client and vendor requirements. Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry. 3. US IT Recruiter: Handle end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies. Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp) Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates. Using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch and LinkedIn. Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc. Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
