Full-Time Remote Position 1-2Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for technical positions using various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative techniques. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes. Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Create and execute targeted advertising campaigns to attract qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including technical interviews, panel interviews, and other assessments. Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. Offer Negotiation and Closing: Manage the offer process, including preparing and extending job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and closing candidates. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Reporting and Metrics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, metrics, and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide insights for process improvement. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4-6 years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent. Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional certifications related to recruitment, such as Certified Professional in Talent Acquisition (CPTA) or similar, are a plus
