Position Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for various positions within the company, particularly in the digital marketing domain. This role requires a proactive and resourceful recruiter who understands the intricacies of digital marketing roles and can build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
• Sourcing: Use innovative and effective sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent for digital marketing roles (SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, PPC experts, etc.).
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a network and pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Employer Branding: Promote [Company Name]'s employer brand through social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract top digital marketing talent.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices are in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Reporting: Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-focused company.
• Familiarity with digital marketing roles and industry trends is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
