We are seeking a talented, determined and passionate entry-level Technical Recruiter to source potential candidates from various databases, portals, job boards and social media platforms for various technical roles.Role: Technical RecruiterCTC : 2.5 LPA - 3 LPAResponsibilities:\xe2\x9e\x94 Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing telephonic screenings\xe2\x9e\x94 Posses an interest in researching technologies and upgrading the basic skill on it in a fast paced recruitment environment.\xe2\x9e\x94 Run End-to-End recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
\xe2\x9e\x94 Working with concerned tech team and stakeholders to understand the resources needed and develop recruitment strategies (Intern, Long Term, Strategic and Fast track hires)\xe2\x9e\x94 Hiring across all levels from Tech Graduates / Campus hires up to Senior Technology leaders\xe2\x9e\x94 The responsibilities will also include offer generation and negotiation, as well as staying connected with the candidate until closure\xe2\x9e\x94 Display ability to work in demanding timelines for resourcing needs across projects.
\xe2\x9e\x94 Posses expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple sources including, but not limited to job portals, social media and vendors
\xe2\x9e\x94 Manage the overall interview, selection and closing processPreferred Qualifications:\xe2\x9e\x94 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline related to technology or minimum 1 year of
Experience in Tech hiring, An MBA is a plus with considerable Intern experience in Tech hiring in a fast-paced organization\xe2\x9e\x94 Any Bachelors Degree with good experience in working with technology is also preferred\xe2\x9e\x94 Good communication, organizational and Interpersonal skills
\xe2\x9e\x94 Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
\xe2\x9e\x94 Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
\xe2\x9e\x94 In-depth knowledge about various technologies to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications.
\xe2\x9e\x94 Ability to work in a fast-paced, results- oriented environment
\xe2\x9e\x94 Ability to maintain a positive brand image and be the face of the company in front of candidates
\xe2\x9e\x94 Good technical understanding to do better screening of profiles as per JD Shared.Job Type: Full-timePay: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per monthBenefits:
