\xe2\x9e\x94 Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
\xe2\x9e\x94 Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
\xe2\x9e\x94 In-depth knowledge about various technologies to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications.
