We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the Medical Device, Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceutical sectors. This role demands a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates alike.Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for various technical positions across the specified domains.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, specifically within Medical Devices, Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceutical industries.Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Skills:

• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the specified industries.
• Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
