Job Description
Sourcing candidates through internet job boards like Monster/Foundit, Naukri, Linkedin etc. Initial screening by understanding their competencies. Thorough coordination with candidates, panel and clients. Regular follow-up with candidates for all levels of interview till onboarding of offered candidates. Equipped with consultative instinct, passionate about recruiting and not view the role as transactional. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed goals. Proven change management and be open to it good time management and work under tight deadlines. Demonstrated interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Preferred candidates having recruitment experience in consultancy/recruitment firm.
