:The job of a IT- recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions on daily basis.Candidates should have excellent communication skillsSource, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates is the primary job.The recruiter has to review, reformat and present resumes to hiring managers.Be willing to work in night shiftsRequirements:Should be expertise in US Recruitment life cycleShould be well versed with tax terms.Design and implement an overall recruiting strategyCandidates should have excellent communication skillsShould have a minimum 6 months of work exp. in RecruitmentAbility to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffingNote:This position requires on-site presence in Ahmedabad. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply only if willing to work from the Ahmedabad office, and preference will be given to local and Gujarat candidates.
