At Fusemachines, we not only bridge the gap between AI advancement and its global impact but also strive to deliver the most advanced technology solutions to the world.About the roleThis is a 6-month contract-based remote role.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in both corporate recruiting and agency recruiting, with a strong ability to identify and attract top technical talent. This role will play a critical part in building high-performing teams and driving hiring processes for technical positions across the organization. This exciting opportunity will enable a person to take their career to a new level and maximize their growth potential.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
• Design and implement efficient sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates through diverse channels, such as job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Stay informed about emerging technological trends to engage in strategic discussions about market developments with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience by being transparent, responsive, and informative at each stage of the process.
• Address candidate inquiries regarding job roles, company culture, and benefits.
• Drive recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment, balancing corporate hiring practices with agency-style proactive sourcing.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups with IT professionals to represent Fusemachines at all times - to external candidates, at external events
• Identify opportunities to optimize hiring processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Screen and interview candidates at all levels and pass candidates to TE partners for the next rounds.
• Collaborate with TE partners to ensure candidates move smoothly throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with exposure to both corporate and agency recruiting environments.
• Proven ability to source, attract, and hire technical talent, including roles in software development, cloud, data engineering, and other IT domains.
• Excellent understanding of recruiting best practices, processes, and tools.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and speed.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines.
• Experience recruiting for IT/Technical roles in global or enterprise-level organizations.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of the Indian technical talent market and recruitment trends.
